شاعیر، تەنزپەرداز، نەقاش و پەیکەرتاشی شاری #ئیلام# لە تەمەنی 84 ساڵیدا کۆچی دوایی کرد.
مامۆستا حشمەت، خاوەنی چەندین بەرهەمی ئەدەبی وەک: بەیان دەئاسوو و دەلیل و دولبەر''ە کە هەموو شێعر و بابەتەکانی نەمر حشمەتی مەنسوری بە زاراوەی کەلهوڕی لەخۆوە دەگرێت.
مە#سنە#ویی کوردیی مامۆستا حشمەت، لە چوارچێوەی کۆمەڵایەتی، ڕەخنەگرانە و ئەوینداری وەک ڕووناکییەک لە شێعر و وێژەی کوردی و چرای ڕێگای شاعیرانی گەنجی دیاری ئیلام بووە.
بەرهەمی دڵبەر شاهکاری ئەدەبیی مامۆستا حشمەتە.
مامۆستا مەنسوور میراتگری ئەوین و خۆشەویستی لە ئەدەبی کوردیی ناوچەی ئیلامه.
ناوبراو گەورەترین و ناودارترین شاعیری ئیلامە کە لە ڕۆژی 2ی خاکەلێوە لە شاری ئیلام بە نازناوی دەلیل بە دولبەری گەیشت.
مامۆستا دەلیل لە ساڵیادی کارەساتی کیمیابارانی #هەڵەبجە# خۆی بە هاوخەمی قوربانییانی ئەو ئەنفاڵە زانی و لە شێعریکدا دەڵێ:
پام هادە زەنجیرو، زووانم بەنە
یەمین ئاگرەو، یەسارم کەنە
ئێسە ک ئەسیری، سەرپەنجەی دەیێم
پفم دە گۆپم، سازم دەقەیێم
هێمان هە شەوەو، ئەر ڕۆژ دەم ئەڵات
عەرەو بزانە، یە دووە دە لات'
مێژوو و ئەدبیاتی دیاری ئیلام و کوردستان بە گشتی، ناو و یادی ئەم شاعیرە کوردپەروەرە بەرز و بەڕێز ڕادەگرێت.
مامۆستا دەلیل، لە ساڵی 1338ی هەتاوی هەتا 1373ی هەتاوی وەک مامۆستایەک وانە بە قۆتابییەکانی لە شارو گوندەکانی پارێزگای ئیلامی وتووەتەوە.
شێعرە تەنزەکانی مامۆستا حشمەت وەک چیرۆکی '' موش و کشی' '(مووش و کشوەر) پێناسەیەک لە مەتەڵ و کنایاتی کوردیی ئیلامییە.[1]
