Year and place of birth: 1956 - Karadagh.
Education: He studied until the fifth grade of high school.
He joined the Kurdistan Revolution in 1969 and in 1975 he joined the new revolution and served as a Peshmerga in different parts of Kurdistan.
In 1997, he became the Deputy Minister of Peshmerga in the #Sulaymaniyah# Administration of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
In 2004, he became a member of the Kurdistan Parliament.
In 2006, he became the Minister of Peshmerga Affairs of the Kurdistan Region after that both cabinets joined together.
In the sixth cabinet, he became the minister of Peshmerga affairs.[1]
