Arif Bawajani

Arif Bawajani
Arif Bawajani was born in 1973 in the Bawajan area of #Kermanshah# province. In 1980, he and his family fled to South Kurdistan at the beginning of the devastating war between Iran and Iraq. Two years later, they were transferred to Altash camp in Rumadiya. During his life in Altash camp, he became a Kurdistan Peshmerga for four years. Therefore, he became interested in politics at the age of 14 and became involved in the legitimate struggle of our people.
In 1997, he arrived in Norway through the High Commissioner for Refugees.
In 2000, he worked with the Norwegian Social Left Party.
In 2003, he was elected to the Oslo City capital of Norway Council for a four-year term.
In 2006, he founded the Kurdistan Independence Party (KIP) and was elected interim spokesman at the party's conferences until its first congress.
He was elected as the general president of the Kurdistan Independence Party (KIP) at the first congress on #13-11-2009# and at the second congress on #14-02-2013# in #Erbil#.
From 2013 to 2016, he was elected as the spokesperson of the Union of Occupied Nations (Non-Persian) in Oslo.
In addition to political work, Bawajani was also engaged in humanitarian work. Since 1997, he has continuously supported the Kurdish refugee issue.
Since 1989, Arif has been writing for newspapers and websites
He has many books and his books are published and printed books and pamphlets are the following.

Khalo Ali Banishtkar is a novel-style story of statelessness.
In 2001, he published the magazine Halwada abroad and was its own editor.
In the media: As a political activist in East Kurdistan, he has been interviewed in all Kurdish, Arabic, English, Persian, and Norwegian media. He has also published dozens of articles in important newspapers around the world. Since 1989, he has been appearing in Kurdish media.
Arif Bawajani: Through his diplomatic work, he has established strong relations with dozens of important international organizations, countries and prominent personalities. The result is that these parties and individuals have become the continuous support of the Kurdish people. He has participated in dozens of important international conferences and is constantly invited. Especially the International Congress of World Liberals.
He has also established the Kurdish World Friendship Organization, which has foreign members in many countries.
He has also participated in several international courses in the fields of management, politics and diplomacy.

Knowledge of Kurdish, Sorani, Kirmanji, Hawrami, and Kalhori dialects.
Languages, Arabic. Norwegian, Persian, and English.
Because of his activities and skills, he has often been attacked by the media and propaganda of the Persian regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Persian chauvinists.[1]
