Qubad Talabani (full name: Qubad Jalal Hisamaddin), was born on 21-07-1977. He is a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (OUK) and the son of Jalal Talabani. During the two-administration of Kurdistan in the Green Zone from 2001 to 2003, he was assistant to Prime Minister Barham Salih; He later became the Kurdistan Regional Government's representative in the United States of America. He later served as a minister in the Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He is currently the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the eighth cabinet.

His life
Qubad has spent most of his life in Surrey, which is located south of London, United Kingdom, and is a graduate of the University of Surrey. Before entering politics, he worked in Italian cars and received a bachelor's degree in automotive mechanical engineering in Italy. After graduating from university, he decided to get involved in politics. In an interview, he says that he lived with his grandfather's family in the United Kingdom and that he could not grow up in his own house because of his father's activities in the Peshmerga. But he also says that his whole life had been filled with guests and political meetings in the family of his grandfather, the father of Hero Ibrahim Ahmad. His wife's name is Sherry Graham and she was a former employee of the State Department's Office of Iraq Affairs in the United States.

Representation of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the United States
In 2006, after the merger of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Qubad Talabani represented the Kurdistan Region in the United States until he returned to Kurdistan in 2012 and took over the post of head of the Office of Coordination and Monitoring, which has the rank of minister.[1]
