Qubad Talabani (full name: Qubad Jalal Hisamaddin), was born on 21-07-1977. He is a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (OUK) and the son of Jalal Talabani. During the two-administration of Kurdistan in the Green Zone from 2001 to 2003, he was assistant to Prime Minister Barham Salih; He later became the Kurdistan Regional Government's representative in the United States of America. Qubad has spent most of his life in Surrey, which is located south of London, United Kingdom, and is a graduate of the University of Surrey. Before entering politics, he worked in Italian cars and received a bachelor's degree in automotive mechanical engineering in Italy. After graduating from university, he decided to get involved in politics. In an interview, he says that he lived with his grandfather's family in the United Kingdom and that he could not grow up in his own house because of his father's activities in the Peshmerga.
