He was born in
1966 in Penjwen. In 1984, he joined the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and moved to Iran to continue his studies. He obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Tehran University. In 1995, he settled in Cologne, Germany. He was active in serving the Kurdish Diaspora in the region and was in charge of the Kurdish Cultural Center in Cologne to defend Kurdish rights and call on Kurdish authorities to pay attention to the Kurdish Diaspora. He has published several articles on Kurdish websites.
