Osman is the son of Haji Ali Haji (Marf).
He was born in 1940 in The Chwarbagh neighborhood of #Sulaymaniyah#.
- He graduated from primary school in Chwarta town.
- He has completed middle school and teachers in Sulaymaniyah.
- In 1963, he became a teacher and went to the beloved city of Rwanda, the place of the king of Kora and the shrine of The Language of Kurmanji magazine.
- He was a teacher in Shaqlawa and Pirzin.
- From 1969 to 1970, he was an anthem and music teacher at the school activity center in Erbil.
- In Sulaymaniyah, he was a teacher of songs and music in schools (Khabat, Salahaddin, Raparin, Mawlana Khalid, and Goizha).
- In 1956, he published poems in Hataw magazine and Zhin newspaper.
- On #16-08-1960# on the Kurdish station he recorded his first song until now he has recorded 30 songs for that station.
- He has 21 black and white songs for Kirkuk tv and 7 colorful songs.
- In 1973, Danish world musician Yorkan Platner came to Iraq to collect folk and folk songs from eastern nations.
- He was proud to have given Teacher Osman Sharbazheri the right to record songs for him and to bring the songs back to Denmark.
