فازڵ موتنی میرانی ناسراو بە فازڵ میرانی، سیاسەتمەداری کوردە لە #کوردستانی باشوور#، لە ساڵی 1948 لە دایک بووە، پۆستی لە حزب لێپرسراوی دەستەی کارگێڕی مەکتەبی سیاسی #پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان#ە.
میرانی لە 1ی تەمووزی ساڵی 1948 لە شاری موسڵ لەدایکبووە، بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆسی لە بەشی یاسای کۆلێژی یاسا لە زانکۆی سەڵاحەدینی شاری #هەولێر# بەدەست هێناوە، هەروەها شارەزایی لە زمانەکانی کوردی و عەرەبی و ئینگلیزی و فارسی و تورکی هەیە.
لە تەمەنی 18 ساڵیدە و لە ساڵی 1966 پەیوەندی بە ڕیزەکانی شۆڕش ئازادیخوازی کورد و کوردستان و پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستانەوە کردووە، لە هەمان ساڵدا بوو بە کادر لە ناوچەی زومماری (پ.د.ک) ، پاشان لە ساڵی 1967 بۆ درێژەدان بە خەباتی کوردایەتی ڕووی کردۆتە شاخ و بووەتە بە پێشمەرگە.
لە ناو پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان دەرکەوتووە و پۆستی جۆراوجۆری هەبووە، لە ساڵی 1975 بووەتە ئەندامی مەکتەبی ناوەندی ڕێکخستن لە مەکتەبی سیاسی، دواتر لەهەمان ساڵ، دوای #ڕێککەوتننامەی جەزائیر# وەکوو زۆربەی کوردانی دانیشتووی باشوور ڕووی کردۆتە وڵاتی ئێران و ژیانی ئاوارەیی هەڵبژاردووە و لەوێش لەگەڵ پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان بەردەوام بووە و پۆستی جۆراوجۆری وەرگرتووە، دوای ڕاپەڕینی مێژووییەکەی ساڵی 1991ی گەلی کوردستانی لە کوردستانی باشوور و گەڕانەوەی بۆ وڵات، پۆستی وەزیری ناوخۆی لە حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان بۆ ماوەی 5 ساڵ لە ساڵانی 1996-2001 وەرگرتووە. هەروە ها وە ک سەرپەرشتیاری دەزگای هەواڵگری پارتی یاخۆد پاراستن کاری کردووه، لە ساڵی 2004 تاوەکوو ساڵی 2022 پۆستی سکرتێری مەکتەبی سیاسی پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستانی وەرگرتووە. دواتر دووای ڕووخانی ڕژێمی بەعس لەنێو کاندیدەکان بۆ پۆستی سەرۆک کۆماری ئێراق ناوی میرانی هاتە ئاراوه. لە ئێستادا و پاش کۆنگرەی 14ەمینی پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان کە لە شاری #دهۆک# بەسترا وەک لێپرسراوی دەستەی کارگێڕی مەکتەبی سیاسی ئەو حزبە هەڵبژێردرا.[1]
