Ali Abdullah Amin was born in 1926 in Koya
He graduated from the Department of Construction, Baghdad College of Engineering.
- 1943 One of the founders of the Nation Association
- 1944 Member of the Union of Struggle
- 1945 Became a member of the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Party
- 1946 One of the founders and members of the Political Bureau of the Kurdish Democratic Party (1st Congress)
- 1950 Member of the leadership of the Kurdish Democratic Party (Koya Conference)
- 1951 Exiled to Mosul for political struggle
- 1953 Member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) - Iraq (3rd Congress)
- 1956 -1957 Member of the Central Committee of the United Kurdistan Democratic Party
- 1958 First head of the second branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party
- 1959 Member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Iraq
- 1960 Member of the founding committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and became a member of the Political Bureau (5th Congress)
- 1966 Member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (Seventh Congress)
- 1970 Editor-in-Chief of Biryati newspaper and writer of the second issue of Khabat newspaper
- 1970 Member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (8th Congress)
- 3/2/1971 - 01-03-1974 Governor of Sulaymaniyah
- 1974 Head of the General Trust of the September Revolution Economy
- 1976 Member of the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party

- 1989 Deputy Chairman of Kurdistan Democratic Party (10th Congress)
- 1993 Deputy Chairman of Kurdistan Democratic Party (Eleventh Congress)
