He was born in 1956 in Kalar town Garmiyan area of #Kirkuk# province.
He completed his primary and secondary school in Kalar.
He graduated from public high school in Kufri.
He is a graduate of the College of Political Sciences of Sulaymaniyah University.
In 1974, he took up the arms of Peshmerga and Kurdish honor with his comrades and gave up his studies to defend the achievements of the Kurdistan revolution and liberation movement.
On March 16, 1975, he continued his struggle as a Peshmerga to defend the Kurdistan People's Revolution and joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Ranjdaran Association.
In 1980, he joined the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces in the fifth region of Karadagh of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
He actively participated in the implementation of the plan for the 1991 Kurdistan people's uprising in the Garmian region.
It has created a social position in order to solve social problems.
In 1996, he was appointed head of the 11th organization center of the PUK.
In 1997, he was appointed head of the 9th organization center of Sharazoor (PUK).
In 1998, he became the administrator of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces Command.
In 2002, he became the head of the Social Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). He has made a prominent contribution to solving social problems within the framework of law and society.
He was one of the founders of the Elbegi Jaf Center and was a person who supported the preservation of the history, culture, arts, and indigenous culture of Garmian regions that the Baath regime has tried to destroy.
He was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs in the first cabinet of the United Kurdistan Government.[1]
