Ali Hama Rashid Barzanji I was born on 01-11-1961 in Barzanja township. I am married and now (2018) I have four children, two sons and two daughters named (Chawan....Bawan....Lewan...Baran)
I am an educational supervisor in the Eastern Educational Supervision Unit in Sulaymaniyah.
I am a member of the Kurdish Writers Union.
I am the editorial board of the magazine (Educational Direction) published by the Sulaymaniyah Educational Supervision Directorate.
I have been writing for children since the early 1980s.
The first article I published was a poem for children in the newspaper Hawkari.
When I was a teacher in Ari Primary School in Sulaimani, which is now Ibrahim Pasha School, I supervised the publication of a magazine for my school and we published seven annual issues with the help of the principal, assistants and teachers. It was sent free of charge to all educational institutions within our general directorate and reached as many schools as possible.
I have participated in several TV programs that have tried to develop children's writing skills.
Over 200 of my poems have been composed and turned into songs with some of my operettas being worked into and performed in kindergarten.
The poem (Environmental Cleanliness) has been included in the Kurdish textbook of the second grade of primary school and is currently being taught in 2022.
A poem about mines has been published in a book called Suspicious Places as a curriculum.
I publish my articles in most of the children's magazines.
I have been awarded several prizes by some magazines and private children's institutions and several other places. Such as the 11th Galawezh Festival, Sulaymaniyah Education Directorate, Sulaymaniyah Children's Culture Directorate and Duhok Children's Culture Directorate, Children's Book Series Directorate in Erbil, Smora House in Sulaymaniyah, magazines (Flowers, Liver Corners, Zhyar, Sharbazher), Mir Kindergarten in Halabja, and several other places.[1]
