He was born in 1979 in Kani Bardina village of Sharazoor.
Since 1980 they have lived in Sayid Sadiq.
He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Sayid Sadiq.
He completed his university studies at Sulaymaniyah University:
He studied for his bachelors degree in 1998-2002.
He studied for his master's degree in 2007-2009.
He studied for his Ph.D. in 2011-2014.
He was a member of the editorial board and founders of the student newspaper Bedari from 2001-2003.
He was the writing secretary of the magazine (Ronakbir) from 2001-2003, until issues (8 and 9).
He was a member of the editorial board of Koch magazine from 2005-2013.
He was the editor of the magazine (Jamawar) until issue number 2.
He worked for the newspapers (Komal, Rebazi Azadi, Chawder).
He has published academic articles in many magazines (Peyvin, Raman, Karwan, Koch, Jamawar, Komali Sardam, Biri Nwe, Levin, Madaniat, Suren, Rabun, Raber).
He has published articles in many newspapers (Kurdistan New, Khabat, Rojnama, Yekbun, Raperin, Komal, Rebazi Azadi, Awene, Hawlati).
He has 17 books and published works in his field.
He is currently a lecturer and assistant dean of the Faculty of Humanities Education of Sulaymaniyah University in Sayid Sadiq and a lecturer in the evening department of social sciences of Sulaymaniyah University.
