Sozan Jamal Mohammed Amin
She was born on March 15, 1974 in Sulaimani. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education there. In 1992, she entered Salahaddin University, College of Education, Department of Biology.
From 1997 to 2005, she taught biology at Sulaimani University, College of Science. In 2005, she worked as a member of the writing staff at Sardam Publishing House and later as the writing secretary of Sardam Science Journal. Since 2009, she has been the editor-in-chief of the magazine.
She began writing and translating in 1994 when she was a university student.
From 2005-2012 she was a member of the writing staff of Tawar magazine.
For several years she prepared scientific pages for the university weekly and New Kurdistan newspaper.
She has published articles on women's issues, society, psychology, child education and scientific issues in several magazines and newspapers.
Sozan Jamal is currently the editor-in-chief of Sardam Science Journal and a member of the Supreme Council of Sardam Publishing House.
