He was born in 1977 in Erbil.
In 2000, he graduated from the Department of History, College of literature, Salahaddin University.
In 2005, he received a master's degree in modern and contemporary history from the Department of History, College of lliterature, Salahaddin University.
In 2014, he received his PhD in Modern and Contemporary History from the Department of History, College of literature, Salahaddin University.
