He was born in 1957 in Sulaymaniyah.
In 1975, he joined the cultural circle of the Kurdistan Ranjdaran Association.
In 1981, he graduated from the College of Law at Baghdad University.
In 1982, he became the governor of the revolution in the first headquarters.
He was a member of the PUK leadership and held various positions in the government, including the governor of Sulaymaniyah and the head of the Kurdistan Regional Security.[1]
