Lausanner Konferenz

Lausanner Konferenz
Vor 99 Jahren wurde im Palais de Rumine der Lausanner Vertrag unterzeichnet, der die Staatsgrenzen der Türkei und damit die Teilung Kurdistans festlegte. Heute kamen dort Kurden zusammen, um aus ihrer Perspektive Stellung gegen das Abkommen zu beziehen.
Mit dem Lausanner Abkommen vom 24. Juli 1923 wurden die heutigen Staatsgrenzen der Türkei und damit die Teilung Kurdistans festgelegt. Seitdem waren die Kurdinnen Kurden unter der Souveränität eines anderen Staates in jedem Teil Kurdistans Völkermord, Assimilierung und Massakern ausgesetzt. Um aus kurdischer Perspektive gegen den Vertrag von Lausanne Stellung zu beziehen, haben unter der Leitung des Nationalkongress Kurdistan (KNK) mehr als fünfzig politische Parteien und Organisationen an diesem Sonntag zu einer Konferenz eingeladen. Die Veranstaltung fand im Palais de Rumine statt, wo Kurdistan vor 99 Jahren viergespalten wurde.

Mit Ausnahme der vom Barzanî-Clan dominierten Partei PDK war ein breites Spektrum kurdischer Strukturen bei der Konferenz vertreten. Zahlreiche Politikerinnen und Politiker, Kunstschaffende sowie Akademikerinnen und Akademiker aus den vier Teilen Kurdistans und der Diaspora befanden sich unter den mehr als 260 Gästen. Wie alle kurdischen Veranstaltungen wurde auch diese Zusammenkunft mit einer Schweigeminute für die Gefallenen eingeleitet. Danach folgte eine Begrüßungsrede von Ahmet Karamus, dem Ko-Vorsitzenden des KNK. Geleitet wurde die Konferenz von Zübeyir Aydar (KCK), Aziz Mamle (politischer Beobachter aus Ostkurdistan), Dilşah Osman (KCD-E) und Blesa Jabar Farman (YNK).



Nach einer Filmvorführung über den Vertrag von Lausanne hielt der Außenbeauftragte der Selbstverwaltung Nord- und Ostsyriens (AANES), Abdulkarim Omar, eine Rede. Omar wies auf die zunehmenden Angriffe und Drohungen der Türkei gegen die Revolution von Rojava hin, die „unter jeglichen Bedingungen“ geschützt werden müsse, um ein „zweites Lausanne“ und damit eine Neuauflage des Abkommens zu vermeiden.

Das politische Urgestein Remzi Kartal, der den KONGRA-GEL (Volkskongress Kurdistan) genderparitätisch mitleitet, hob die Bedeutung einer solchen Konferenz hervor und betonte, dass die Kurdinnen und Kurden nicht mehr diejenigen der Vergangenheit sind. Zozan Serhat sprach im Namen der Kurdischen Frauenbewegung in Europa (TJK-E) und hervor, dass kurdische Frauen sich niemals einer Invasion und einem Verrat beugen werden.

„In diesem Saal wurde Kurdistan vor 99 Jahren in vier Teile geteilt. Heute haben sich Kurdinnen und Kurden aus allen Teilen Kurdistans hier versammelt. Wir dürfen nicht zulassen, dass Angehörige unseres Volkes von den Nationalstaaten getötet werden. Es darf nicht mehr passieren, dass unsere Menschen von Kampfjets bombardiert werden“, sagte Serhat.

Die Konferenz wird zur Stunde weiter fortgesetzt, das Organisationskomitee kündigte eine Abschlusserklärung zum Ende der Veranstaltung an. Darin soll auch das Programm des „Komitees gegen den Vertrag von Lausanne“ für das nächste Jahr bekanntgegeben werden.[1]
