Die Proteste setzten sich
Mehr als 130 Menschen wurden im Zuge von Demonstrationen nach dem Tod der Kurdin Mahsa AminiMahsa Amini getötet. Ihr Vater beklagt, keine Akteneinsicht im Fall zu erhalten
Teheran – Bei den Protesten nach dem Tod der jungen Kurdin Mahsa Amini im Iran sind nach Angaben der Organisation Iran Human Rights (IHR) bisher mehr als 130 Menschen getötet worden. Wie die in Oslo ansässige Menschenrechtsorganisation am Sonntag mitteilte, wurden in den zwei Wochen nach dem Tod Aminis mindestens 92 Menschen im Zuge des Vorgehens der Sicherheitskräfte gegen die Demonstranten getötet. Dazu kamen am Freitag 41 Tote bei Protesten in der Provinz Sistan-Baluchestan.
Am Sonntag gingen Sicherheitskräfte in der Hauptstadt Teheran mit Gewalt gegen Studierende vor. Nach Protesten seien auch mehrere Professoren der renommierten Scharif-Universität verprügelt worden, berichtete die iranische Zeitung Emtedad auf Telegram.
Polizisten und Sicherheitskräfte riegelten den Campus ab. Es sollen Schüsse gefallen sein, auch Tränengas soll eingesetzt worden sein. Seit Beginn der landesweiten Proteste haben an zahlreichen Universitäten Studierende gegen die Führung der islamischen Republik und ihren repressiven Kurs demonstriert. Die Behörden haben daraufhin in vielen Städten Vorlesungen abgesagt.
Unterricht eingestellt
In iranischen Staatsmedien ist von Berichten über Zusammenstöße die Rede. Der Wissenschaftsminister besuchte den Campus der Universität, um sich ein Bild von der Lage zu verschaffen, hieß es. Von Staatsoberhaupt Ayatollah Ali Khamenei gibt es seit dem Ausbruch der Proteste keine Stellungnahme.
Der Unterricht in der Universität Scharif wurde bis auf weiteres eingestellt. Nach Angaben des Nachrichtenportals Aftab-News werde der Unterricht in der iranischen Hochschule ab Montag nur noch online stattfinden. Studenten zufolge ist das wegen der Internetsperren, die im Zusammenhang mit den systemkritischen Protesten verhängt wurden, derzeit kaum machbar.
Unterdrückung
Die internationale Gemeinschaft hat die Pflicht, dieses Verbrechen aufzuklären und weitere Verbrechen zu verhindern, die von der Islamischen Republik verübt werden, sagte der IHR-Vorsitzende Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam. Amnesty International hatte am Freitag berichtet, die iranischen Behörden setzten absichtlich tödliche Gewalt zur Unterdrückung der Proteste ein. Sie hätten ihre gut geschliffene Repressionsmaschinerie mobilisiert, um landesweite Proteste rücksichtslos zu unterdrücken.
Die Proteste im Iran waren durch den Tod Aminis ausgelöst worden. Die 22-jährige Kurdin war am 13. September in Teheran von der Sittenpolizei festgenommen worden, offenbar weil sie das islamische Kopftuch nicht den Regeln entsprechend trug. Amini brach nach ihrer Festnahme unter ungeklärten Umständen auf der Polizeiwache zusammen und wurde drei Tage später im Krankenhaus für tot erklärt.

DER STANDARD
Keine Akteneinsicht
Aminis Vater beklagte indes, dass ihm die Behörden keine Akteneinsicht im Fall erlauben. Keiner gibt mir eine Antwort zum Tod meiner Tochter, wurde Amjad Amini am Sonntag von lokalen Medien zitiert. Die zuständigen Behörden und auch die Gerichtsmedizin erlauben mir nicht einmal Akteneinsicht, klagte er. Ihm werde nur immer wieder gesagt, dass er sich weiterhin gedulden müsse. Präsident Ebrahim Raisi habe versprochen, dass er den Fall untersuchen lassen werde. Aber bisher ist noch nichts passiert, sagte er dem Nachrichtenportal Eghtesad-News zufolge. Die Anwälte Aminis hatten von der Justiz Akteneinsicht und die Videoaufnahmen der Polizei gefordert.
Gewaltsame Zusammenstöße hatte es am Freitag auch in Sahedan, der Hauptstadt der südöstlichen Provinz Sistan-Balutschestan, gegeben. Allein dort seien mindestens 41 Menschen getötet worden. Die Sicherheitskräfte hätten die Proteste dort blutig unterdrückt, teilte IHR mit. Diese seien durch Berichte entfacht worden, wonach ein Polizeichef in der Hafenstadt Chabahar ein 15-jähriges Mädchen vergewaltigt haben soll, das der in der Provinz lebenden sunnitischen Minderheit angehört.
Sistan-Baluchestan an der Grenze zu Pakistan ist eine der ärmsten Regionen des Iran. Dort ist die Minderheit der Belutschen beheimatet, die größtenteils der sunnitischen Glaubensrichtung des Islam anhängen, während der Iran schiitisch dominiert ist.
IHR-Chef Amiry-Moghaddam erklärte, der Tod der Demonstranten, insbesondere derjenigen in Sahedan, sei ein Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit. In den iranischen Staatsmedien wurden die Proteste in Sahedan als terroristischer Vorfall bezeichnet. Fünf Mitglieder der Revolutionswächter, des bewaffneten ideologischen Arms der Führung in Teheran, seien dabei getötet worden. (APA, red, 3.10.2022)[1]
