He is an Armenian Kurdish-speaking artist and singer. He was born in
1934 in
QamishloQamishlo. He moved to Armenia with his family and at the age of 18, when he finished primary school, he became an employee of Radio Armenia. He participated in the 8th
AmedAmed Culture and Arts Festival and composed a song for Amed. He has 12 CDs and has sung in Armenian, Kurdish, and Arabic.
He died of cancer on
08-08-200908-08-2009.
