He was born in 1970 in Kermanshah. He holds a bachelor's degree in music from Tehran University of Arts. He has participated in various music festivals in Iran and has achieved the following successes: first place in orchestral music in the 9th and 16th Iranian Radio and Television Productions Festival in Urmia and Shiraz; First place in the 26th Iranian Music Festival in Yazd and Tehran, first place in the second Iranian Composers Conference in Tehran and first place in the first Kurdish Music Festival in Mahabad. He is currently the head of the artistic affairs of the General Directorate of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Kermanshah province, the head of the music council of Kermanshah city and a member of the music committee of the central radio and television of this city.
Khorsanpour has performed in various countries, including the Kurdistan Region, Germany, Belgium, India, China, Turkey, Greece, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.[1]
