ڕاپەر عوسمان عوزێری ل ڕێکەفتا 21-01-1964ێ ل ئێک ژ گوندێن ناڤچەیا ماوەتێ سەر ب باژارێ سلێمانیێ ژدایکبوویە. بابێ وی «عوسمان عوزێری» کو ڕێبەرێ سیاسیێ «هێزا خەبات» بوویە، ل ساڵا 1963ێ ڤەگەڕیایە وی ناڤچەیی، لێ لگەل دامەزراندا ڕادیۆ دەنگێ کوردستانا عیراقێ دچیتە ناڤچەیا ئیزگەیێ و ل ڤێرێ درێژە ب خەباتا خوە ددەت. ل هاڤینا ساڵا 1996ێ بابێ وی «عوسمان عوزێری» دهێتە تیرۆر کرن و ساڵەک پاشێ ڕاپەڕ عوسمان عوزێری لگەل دەیکا خوە «پەروین عەزیز ڕەسول بەگ» و خالێن خوە کۆچ دکەن بۆ باژێرێ بەغدایێ. ڕاپەر عوسمانی هەر ل ڤێرێ خواندنا خوە بدوماهی ئینایە و ل ساڵا 1985ێ باوەڕنامەیا دبلۆمێ ل بەشێ چارەسەرێ سروشتی وەرگرتییە.
ل ساڵا 1979ێ ل باژارێ بەغدادێ پەیوەندیێ ب ڕێکخستنا «کۆمەڵەیا ڕەنجدەرێن کوردستان»ێ دکەت، ل بەشێ ڕێکخستنا «شەهید جوامێر»ی، بۆ ماوەیێ ساڵەکێ دبیتە ئێک ژ ئەندامێن چالاکێ وی کۆمێ و حەتا ساڵا 1984ێ لگەل وی ڕێکخستنێ بەردەوام دبیت و پاشێ دەست ژێ بەرددەت. ل دوماهیکا ساڵا 1985ێ پەیوەندیێ ب هێزێن پێشمەرگەیی دکەت و وەک دکتۆرێ تیپێ، ل تیپا 31ێ سلێمانیێ درێژە ب خەباتا خوە ددەت، پاشێ ل ساڵا 1986ێ تێکلی تیپا 37ێ شارباژێری دبیت. ل هاڤینا ساڵا 1987ێ چاخێ کو ڤەدگەڕیتە ناڤچەیا سەرکردایەتیا یەکتی نیشتمانیا کوردستانێ ل گوندێ زێویە، ب بۆمبارانێن کیمیاوی گەلەک کویر بریندار دبیت، چەند هەیڤەکان ل نەخوەشخانەیا «بەرگەڵوو» دمینیت. پشتی وی ڕویدانێ لبەر کویری و سەختییا برینا وی، کو کاریگەرییەک زێدە لسەر تەندروستییا وی هەبوو، بۆ دەمەک درێژ ل هەمی چالاکییان دکەویت و لسەر جهێ خوە دمینیت. ل ساڵا 1992ێ بۆ وەڵاتێ ئۆکرانیایێ کۆچ دکەت و هەر ل وی وەڵاتی ئاکنجی دبیت.
ڕاپەر عوسمان عوزێری زمانێن عەرەبی، ڕووسی و ئۆکرانی ب باشی دزانیت، کو چەندین بەرهەم ل زمانێ ئۆکرانی و ڕووسی وەرگێڕاینە سەر زمانێ کوردی.
• هەلبەستێن «شیڤچێنکا» و «سیمینێنکۆ» ل زمانێ ئۆکرانی وەرگێڕاینە سەر زمانی کوردی.
• هەلبەستێن «ماندڵشتام» و «یسینین» ل زمانێ ڕووسی وەرگێڕاینە سەر زمانێ کوردی و ل گۆڤارا «شیعر» کو گۆڤارەک هەیڤانە بوو، ل ساڵا 2018ێ ل سلێمانیێ هاتنە بەڵاڤکرن.
• نامیلکەیەک گرنگ ژ «رۆدینکۆ» ل زمانێ ڕووسی وەرگێڕیایە سەر زمانێ کوردی، ب ناڤێ «ریتمی خەماوی کاتی بەخاکسپاردن لەلای کوردە ئێزیدییەکانی سۆڤێت».
• ل ساڵا 2020ێ کۆمەڵە گوتارەک ل ڕۆژنامەیا «کوردستانی نوێ» بەڵاڤ کرینە، دەربارێ ئەدیب و نڤێسەرێن کوردێن سۆڤێت. [1]
