Sherzad was born in 1941 in the city of Mahabad, he is a descendant of Faizullah Beg. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tebriz because of his father's profession. He was an employee of the Piranshahr sugar factory for a while. Later he was accepted by the Mahabad Culture and Arts Department for his originality in art.[1]
