Omar Rahbar, the oldest political prisoner in East Kurdistan, he was arrested by the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1982 for supporting the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (KDP) in Saqiz. He spent 25 years until his release in the prisons of the regime. [1]
