هذا الكتاب هو الجزء الثاني من سلسلة أجزاء تصدر تباعاً لتوثيق انتهاكات الاحتلال التركي ومرتزقتها في عفرين ما بعد احتلالها من عمليات قتل على الهوية، والاختطاف والسلب والنهب وطلب الفدى، والتغيير الديمغرافي من خلال توطين مرتزقتها وعوائلهم فيها، ونشر الفكر الديني المتطرف، وممارسة أبشع أنواع التعذيب النفسي والجسدي بحق المعتقلين الكرد، وعمليات التتريك الشاملة عبر فرض اللغة التركية على المدارس ورفع الأعلام التركية على الدوائر والمؤسسات الرسمية، وسرقة آثار عفرين وتغيير معالمها التاريخية، وسرقة مواسم الزيتون وفرض الأتاوات على الأهالي، وحرق غاباتها الحراجية، ودفع من تبقى من أهلها نحو النزوح..إلخ.
