Cenevre’de verilen sözler toz olup uçtu

1925'te Cenevre'de kimyasal silah kullanımı güya yasaklandı. Ama bu sözleşme, söz konusu Avaşîn, Zap ve Metîna alanları olunca toz olup iktidar rüzgarıyla uçup gitmiş durumda.
Kürtler ve Kurdistan söz konusu olduğunda savaş kuralları ve hukuku da tanınmıyor. Kürt halkını soykırıma uğratmak için her türlü saldırı ve yöntemi meşru görülüyor. Hedef Kürtler olunca dünya hegemonları askerlerine şu emri veriyor: Karşınızdakinin insan olduğunu unutacaksınız. Bu cümleler ne yorum ne de analizdir. Bu mutlak gerçekler, işgalci Türk devletinin uygulamalarında da ortaya çıkmaktadır. İşgalci Türk devleti, Kürt halkının varlığını ve özerkliğini asla kabul etmedi. Bunun için tarih boyunca Kürt halkına yönelik soykırıma devam etmek için her dönem bir sebep buldu. Önder Apo'nun ortaya çıkışıyla Türk devletinin şovenist duygusu doruğa ulaştı, Kürtlere ve Apocu harekete yönelik saldırılarını giderek artırdı.

14 Nisan 2022'de Türk devleti, NATO'dan aldığı destekle Avaşîn, Metîna ve Zap bölgelerine yeniden işgal harekatı başlattı. Havadan, karadan tüm teknik gücüyle Medya Savunma Alanlarına saldıran Türk devleti, Cenevre'de yasaklanan kimyasal gaz, taktik nükleer ve termobarik silahlar kullandı. Türk devletinin kimyasal silah saldırıları bugüne kadar devam ediyor. Çiyayê Reş, Şikefta Birîndaran, Şehîd Şahin, Werxelê ve Kurojahro alanlarında kimyasal silah kullanıldığına ilişkin görüntüler hala hafızalarda. Gerillalar bu savaş suçunu video ve fotoğraflarla belgeleyerek tüm dünyanın gözü önüne serdi. Kimyasal ve termobarik silahların çok güçlü ve ağır bir etkisi olduğunu herkes bilir. Bunlar yıkıcı ve öldürücü gazlardır. İşgalci Türk devleti aylardır gerillaya karşı bu silahları kullanıyor. Sadece son 5 ayda 762 kez kimyasal silahlarla saldırdı. Direnişçi şehitler Helbest Koçer ve Baz Mordem'in görüntüleri, yaşanan vahşeti tüm çıplaklığıyla gösteriyordu.

TÜM DELİL VE KANITLARA RAĞMEN OPCW GERÇEKLERİ GÖRMÜYOR
İki devrimcinin videosunun yayınlanmasının ardından yaşanan vahşeti kimse inkar edemez ve saklayamazdı artık. Ancak tüm bunlara rağmen uluslararası güçlerin yasaklı silahların kullanılmasına ses çıkarmaması, OPCW kurumunun tepki göstermemesi, yazının başında kullandığım cümleleri bir kez daha tekrarlamama imkan veriyor. Vicdan ve insanlık dışı bu yaklaşımlarda onları bir araya getiren tek bir sebep var; o da Kürt halkıdır. Söz konusu Kürt halkı olduğunda Erdoğan’a uluslararası güçler her türlü desteği veriyor.

Bundan dolayı işgalci Türk devleti, 9 Temmuz 2023'te Zap alanındaki Şehîd Doxan direniş tüneline bir kez daha termobarik silahlarla saldırdı. Ve bu saldırı sonucunda gerilla Şerzan Mawa şehit oldu. Dünyanın bu saldırılara sessiz kalması ve tepki göstermemesi, faşist Türk devletine bu saldırıları tekrarlama cesaretini veriyor.

On ayı aşkın bir süredir özgürlük gerillaları Apocu felsefe ile Medya Savunma Alanlarında kararlı ve cesaretli bir şekilde mücadele etmeye devam ediyor. Kullanılan bu nükleer silahlar dağları yok etmekte ve çevredeki araziyi üç kilometreye kadar etkilemektedir. Bu yasak silahları kullanmak, Erdoğan ve destekçilerinin son kozudur. Fakat özgürlük savaşçıları irade ve cesaretleriyle düşmanın bu kozunu da boşa çıkaracaktır.[1]
