Kolberên Rojhilat

Kolberên Rojhilat
Kolberên Rojhilat
Nivîsandin û Amadekirin: Yaqûb Kurmanc

Gelo çima kurdên Rojhilata Kurdistanê kolberiyê dikin? Vê pirsê em ê bi çend sebeban rave bikin. Li Rojhilata Kurdistanê ji ber nebûna kar û kargehan û pêşneketina pîşesaziyê xelk neçar dimîne ku ji bo debara jiyana xwe karê kolberiyê bike.
Kolberî karekî pir dijwar û bixeter e. Kesê kolber mecbûr e barekî giran hilgire li ser pişta xwe û ji çiya û geliyên bilind û kûr derbas bibe û wan kelûpelên xwarin û vexwarinê, germkirinê, çayê, cixareyê, berhemên elektronîk ji wî alî sînor radestî şîrketan bike û dîsa ji wê şîrketê hin kelûpelên cuda werdigire û dîsa bi pişta xwe wan bi heman rengî bîne vî alî sînor.
Kolber destheqê ku werdigire pir kêm e û bi qasî ku karê kolberiyê xeterên wê yên canî hene, lê ji ber ku tena karê ku dikarin bi rêya wê pariyek nan bînin nav zarûzêçên xwe. ji canê xwe jî derbas dibin. Kolber gelek caran ji ber sir û sermayê jiyana xwe ji dest didin. Kolber 12 mehên salê kolberiyê dikin û di zivistanê de ji ber ku hewa mij û dûman digire. Kolber rêya xwe winda dikin û mixabin li ber seqema zivistanê û di bin berf û şepeyê de dimînin û dimirin. Gelek caran rastî êrîşên hêzên dewletê tên û kolber ji ber gulebarana leşkeran tên kuştin. Bi mayînên ku di sînor de hatine çandin jî tên kuştin û astengdar dibin. Rastî êrîşa ajalên kovî wekî gur û hirçan jî tên. Herwiha kolber ji bo ku ji serbask û rêyên gelî û zinaran re karê kolberiyê dikin, gelek ji wan di zinaran de dikevin û berî ku bigihînin nexweşxaneyê, jiyana xwe ji dest didin.
Pêkhateya temenî ya kolberan wiha ye: ji temenê 10 salî bigire hetanî temenê 70 salî karê kolberiyê dikin, heta li hin deverên Kurdistanê jin jî karê kolberiyê dikin.
Nêrîna hikûmeta navendî li ser Rojhilata Kurdistanê nêrîneke siyasî û mezhebî ye û cudaparêziya ku li Rojhilat dimeşîne li deverên din ewqasî şid nîne. Hikûmet armanca wê ew e ku her çiqasî kurd di warê aborî de lawaz û zeîf bibin, ewqasî kontrolkirina wan bo hikûmetê rihet e. Lê ev nêrîna hikûmetê ti carî karîger nebûye.ji ber ku kurdan îsbat kirine ku her di çi rewş û şert û mercî de bin, xwe radest nakin û nekirine. Daxwazên kurdan ji hikûmetê pir in û hetanî niha tu daxwazeke kurdan pêk neanîne û her roj guvaş û fişarê dike ser kurdan da ku ew ji daxwaza xwe paşve vekişin.
Li her ku derê edalet tune be, hejarî li wir berçav e. Li Rojhilata Kurdistanê bêedaletî heye û ew bêedaletî civaka kurdan ber bi karên bixeter ve dikişîne û gelek kes ji ber hejariyê nikarin zarokên xwe bidin xwendinê û wan dişînin li sînoran da ku karê kolberiyê bikin. Kiryarên ku derheqê kurdan tê kirin, tevahiya bingeha civakê ji zarokan bigire hetanî yên bitemen dixe bin bandora xwe û bi derbasbûna demê dê ew civak derb û ziyanên mezin bibîne.
Roja 2yê mijdarê ji aliyê kolberan û herwiha çalakvanên medenî yên kurd ve wekî roja kolberan tê naskirin, ji ber ku di wê heyamê de gelek kolber bi destên hêzên dewletê ve tên kuştin. Ji ber ku li Îranê wê demê meşa 13ê Abanê(4ê Mijdarê) tê lidarxistin, heman roja ku sefaretxaneya Amerîkayê ji aliyê şoreşgeran ve hatibû dagirkirin, di vê rojê de her sal bi dehan kolber tên kuştin.
Rêjeya kesên ku li Rojhilata Kurdistanê kar bikin zêde ye, lê ji ber bêedaletiyê tu karek tuneye û mecbûr in kolberiyê bikin.tevî hemû xeterên canî û malî. Kolber hene di malbata wan de nexweş hene û ji bo bikaribin dermanê nexweşên xwe bistînin. Çend rojan kolberiyê dikin da ku perê wan dermanan dabîn bikin. Kolber hene ku ciwanên dergistî ne û ji bo ku ji bo xwe dawetê bikin, diçin kolberiyê.
Gelek kes jî berî ku bigihêjin miradê xwe,tên kuştin. Kolber hene xwendekar û werzişvan in. Kolber hene xwedî jin û zarok in û ji bo ku pariyek nan bînin nav zarokên xwe,diçin kolberiyê. Gelek zarok hene êdî hetahetê bavê xwe nabînin û sêwî dimînin. Kolberî ne kar e, jiyaneke bikeser e. Kolberî dîmena herî trajîk û dilşewat ya Rojhilata Kurdistanê ye.
