Yousef Hamad Amin Yousef Kani Marani was born in 1969 in Kani Marani village of Bitwen region. He completed his primary education in Kanimar, secondary education in Chawarqurna and Teachers Institute in Sulaymaniyah. In 1987, he received the honorary rank of member of Komala Ranjdaran in the Bitwen sector. He taught as a teacher in Bitwen for six years. He has lived abroad since 1996 and in France for six years. He was a political thesis student at a university in Lille, northern France. He has published several political articles, especially on the Internet.[1]
