جەنابی حاجی بابە شێخ کوڕی حاجی سەید عەبدولکەریمی زەنبیل و ناوی تەواوی خۆی عەبدولڕەحمانی سیادەت بوو.
لە جەنگی جیهانی یەکەمدا عوسمانییەکان و ڕووسەکان لە ڕێگەی ناوچە سنوورییەکانی کوردستان و ئازەربایجانەوە هێرشیان کردە سەر ئێران. حاجی باباشێخ کۆمیتەی یەکگرتووی ئیسلامی بۆ شەڕی ڕووسەکان پێکهێنا، یەکێک لە هۆکارەکانی پێکهێنانی ئەم حزبە شەڕکردن بوو لە دژی عوسمانییەکان و ڕووسەکان، کە لەسەر داگیرکردنی شار و گوند و موڵک و ماڵی یەکتر شەڕیان دەکرد. بابەشێخ بە پێکهێنانی ئەم حیزبە توانی تا ڕادەیەکی زۆر ڕێگری لە دەستێوەردان و لەشکرکێشی و تاڵانی دەستدرێژیکاران بکات. سەرۆکی ئەم حیزبە بووە و بە شێوەیەکی سەرەکی لە کۆمیتەی یەکگرتوویی ئیسلامی لە بۆکان و #سەقز# و شارەکانی دەوروبەری چالاک بووە و ئەندامی حیزبی خۆییەکان و حیزبی ئیتحاد و تەرەقیش بووە.
لە سەرەتای کودەتا دەستوورییەکەی ساڵی 1906 شێخ حسامەدین داوای لە بابەشێخ کرد کە کاندیدی ئەنجوومەنی نیشتمانی ئێران بێت و وەک نوێنەری پیاوانی ئایینی و سیاسەتمەدارێکی کورد لە ئەنجوومەنی نیشتمانیی ئێران دەربکەوێت.
ئەندامی کۆمەڵەی ژ-کاف و لە دەوڵەتی جمهوری کوردستاندا سەرۆکی ئەنجوومەنی وەزیران و هاوکات ڕەئیسی هەیئەتی میللی کوردستان بووە.
خوالێخۆشبوو دوای تێکچوونی #کۆماری کوردستان# دەست بەسەر کرا و ماوەی یازدە مانگ لە زینداندا بوو، و بە پێی ئەوەی کەساییەتییەکی ئایینی بەرچاو بوو، ڕژێمی تاران بە باشی نەزانی لە سێدارەی بدا و هەتا کۆتایی ژیانی لە حەسر (زیندانی) ماڵی خۆی لە گوندی تورجان دا بوو و لە کۆتایی دا لە ڕێکەوتی #23-10-1959# کۆچی دوایی کرد.
