$Ausstellung in Lausanne: 2+2=KRDSTN$
In Lausanne ist die Ausstellung 2+2=KRDSTN eröffnet worden. Die Ausstellung ist Teil der Veranstaltungsreihe zum hundertjährigen Jubiläum des Vertrags von Lausanne, mit dem Kurdistan auf vier Staaten aufgeteilt wurde.
Im Rahmen der seit November 2022 laufenden Veranstaltungsreihe zum hundertjährigen Jubiläum des Vertrags von Lausanne ist im Museum Forum Hôtel de Ville die Ausstellung „2+2=KRDSTN“ eröffnet worden. Die Ausstellung in Lausanne beinhaltet Bilder, Fotos, Videos und Performances von Künstler:innen aus den vier Teilen Kurdistans und Europa und ist bis zum 19. Mai zu besichtigen.
An der Eröffnung nahmen neben den Kunstschaffenden auch Politiker:innen und Aktivist:innen aus der Schweiz und Kurdistan teil. David Payot, Stadtrat von Lausanne, wies in einer Rede auf die Folgen des Vertrags von Lausanne hin, dieser habe für viele Menschen Völkermord und Massaker bedeutet und Kurdistan in vier Teile gespalten. Die Stadträtin Sevgi Koyuncu dankte allen, die zur Ausstellung beigetragen haben, sowie der Stadt Lausanne für ihre Unterstützung, und sagte: „Es ist wichtig, dass die Lausannerinnen und Lausanner über den Vertrag von Lausanne Bescheid wissen. Durch diesen Vertrag wurde Millionen von Menschen die Möglichkeit genommen, in ihrem angestammten Land frei zu leben. Die schwersten Folgen dieses Vertrages betrafen das kurdische Volk, zu dem ich gehöre. Dieser Vertrag hat den Tod und die Vertreibung von Hunderttausenden von Menschen aus ihrem Land für mehr als hundert Jahre verursacht.

Als weiterer Redner war der Ko-Vorsitzende des kurdischen Europaverbands KCDK-E eingeladen. Yüksel Koç betonte, dass diese Ausstellung sehr wichtig sei, um die Chronologie der Massaker und Völkermorde in vier Teilen Kurdistans als Folge des Vertrags von Lausanne und des Widerstands des kurdischen Volkes gegen die Machthaber aufzuzeigen: „Wenn die Kurdinnen und Kurden heute immer noch einem politischen, kulturellen und identitätsbezogenen Völkermord ausgesetzt sind, so ist dies das Ergebnis des Vertrags von Lausanne. Wir, das kurdische Volk, haben diesen Vertrag ein Jahrhundert lang nicht akzeptiert. Das kurdische Volk hat jetzt einen Willen und akzeptiert nicht länger die Gefangenschaft und die Statuslosigkeit. Wie alle Völker wollen wir frei mit unserer eigenen Identität und Kultur leben.“

Die von Barış Seyitvan und Serdar Mutlu kuratierte Ausstellung umfasst Werke der folgenden Künstlerinnen und Künstler: Osman Ahmed, Havin Al-Sindy, Havar Amini, Vooria Aria, Khadija Baker, Savaş Boyraz, Wirya Budaghi, Timur Çelik, Salah Ebrahimi, Serhat Ertuna, Jacopo Gallico, Fatoş Irwen, Eren Karakuş, Serpil Odabaşı, Walid Siti, Hito Steyerl und Leyla Toprak.[1]
