Dilzar Yasin Ahmad was born in 1969 in Makhmur township. He completed his primary and secondary education in Makhmur
He graduated from the Sulaymaniyah Institute of Fine Arts. He was passionate about music since childhood. He participated in concerts with the Makhmur National Music Band and the Karachugh Music Band
In 1987, he was the founding member of the Karachugh Band with the following artists: Nizar Jamil Mohammed Ali, Yousef Khalid Waisi, Jamil Sanjawi, Sirwan Salih Abdulkarim, Ahmad Rafiq Mohammed, Ibrahim Qadir Karim, Dilêr Yasin, Amir Mamandi Shamsa, Younis Ali Sharif and Mohammed Ali Sharif - Shuan Bakr, Arsalan Karwani, Sulaiman Karachughi, Ahmad Ezaddin, Mohammed Rafiq, Tahsen Aziz)
Dilzar Makhmouri has tried to teach music to many young people in his town. In addition, he has composed and distributed music for several singers including Payman Omar, Ahmad Zamana, Ismail Kowestani, Jawhar Sabir, Fakir Namiq, Arsalan Karwani, etc In 1991, Dilzar, like most Kurdish people, fled to Iran and moved to Mahabad. In Mahabad, he met the great Kurdish artist Mohammad Mamle
He participated in several concerts with Mohammad Mamle on the violin in songs such as (Regakam Dura - Zamana Guleki Dame - Lem Gare Kche - Aw Panjay Wa La Behizi Dalarze - Amine Gyan - Ay Bakhawan - Wak Majnoon Takey Damkuzi In addition to these works, Dilzar has collaborated with other Iranian singers such as Aziz Sharokhi and Hassan Darzi. In addition to having a good ability to compose, distribute and play musical instruments, Dilzar also had a good singing voice However, he considered himself more successful in music, so he paid more attention to music, Although he has recorded three songs in his own voice, one with the Karachugh band called Sozi Nazek and the other two while in Iran, Har Kate Yadi Pashu Ekam - Yadkant Pshkon, These two songs were sung by Adnan Karim on CD as loyalty to Dilzar. Adnan Karim has sung the song (Kocheki Nawakht) in the music of Dilzar. Adnan Karim's two songs were released on CD in 1997. Adnan Karim and Dilzar graduated from the Sulaymaniyah Institute of Fine Arts together. In the latest work Mamle, Adnan Karim played the oud and Dilzar played the violin.
