She was a well-known lady and philanthropist of Sulaimani. She was the daughter of Hama Abdulrahman Agha, who was the minister of reconstruction in the government of Sheikh Mahmud Hafid.
Before her death, Ni'mat Khan bequeathed her wealth to the poor and needy. After her death, a funeral home was built in her name in Ibrahim Ahmad neighborhood, as well as an orphanage in Kurdistan neighborhood for homeless children.
She had supported the Hiwa and Soz Psychiatric Hospitals. She died on 30-04-2020 in Sulaymaniyah.[1]
