He was born in 1946 in Saqiz, East Kurdistan.
After receiving his diploma, he worked as an employee and salaried employee in the tobacco departments for a while. Later, he was appointed as the head of the department of ancient monuments and historical monuments of Saqiz.
After the Iranian People's Revolution in 1979, he stopped working in administrative affairs and wrote letters and complaints for the people in his shop. He also published books in Kurdish and Persian in the field of culture and literature.
