This located north-east of the village of Darbad Belule, which is part of the Maidan sub-district, in the Khanaqin district. It is carved in a mountain slope in a height of (150 m),its representing a male warrior figure its height (90 cm), with other two figures which are curved in small size, they are represents his defeated enemies, he put his leg on a chest of one of the small figuers, and the other one behind him asks for his mercy, the warrior figure holds a bow and also put on a dagger, he holds in his right hand a dagger, his upper part of his body is nude, he is only warrior a necklace and short skirt, there is a quiver behind him, also there is long vertical incomplete inscription divides in frames, the singes are mostly curved in irregular or incomplete way so that still there is nota complete
translation for this inscripion, even the name are reads in various way, the name of the king reads by some scholars as (Tardoni). Also, there is no exact dating to this relief, generally dated back to the late third millennium BC, but on the iconography of the relief, probably date back to the early second millennium BC.
