He was born in 1960
- He was a founding member of the #Mariwan# Literary Council and head of the council from the year 1368 to 1374 AH of the solar calendar.
- He was a founding member of the Kurdistan Literary Council in the city of #Sanandaj# and one of its directors and officials.
- He was a member of the editorial board of the weekly newspaper Awiyer in Sanandaj.
- He was the Editor-in-Chief of Aso weekly until its closure.
- Member of the founding committee of the Kurdistan Writers Association of Iran and spokesman of the association.
- Member of the writers' committee of Sarwa
- He was the Editor-in-chief of the Kurdish weekly Rzhaw, which was forcibly and illegally closed in Kermanshah with its first issue.
His works include the following:
1- A booklet of poetry for children called Shiwani Halabja Haw Bash(The Mourning of Halabja)
2- A booklet of poetry called Chamari Khaki Sutaw
3- Epic of Gilgamesh translated from Persian to Kurdish
4- Realism in Kurdish Literature Translated from Arabic into Persian
Publishing hundreds of articles in Kurdish and Persian
His unpublished works:
1- Forty poems of Shamlo with a detailed introduction that some of which were published in Aso weekly magazine.
