Born in 1974, he is a teacher, writer, academician and translator. He holds a master's degree in literature and literary criticism from the University of Tikrit and a student at the University of Sulaymaniyah. He was one of the protestors and hunger strikers in 1992 in the district of Kalar. Academic research and articles in the areas of literary criticism and politics, the work of editor of the magazine (Roshni), was Director of Media University, the founder and supervisor of the Kurdish Haiku Hair Club.
