She was born on May 30, 1983 in Sulaymaniyah. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in this city and graduated from the theater department of the Sulaymaniyah Institute of Fine Arts.
So far, she has acted in 11 plays inside and outside the institute. She is a member of the Actor Studio and her latest play is Death Alone That Doesn't Lie directed by Safin Anwar.
Rozhan won the first actor prize at the 5th London Kurdish Film Festival for her role in the short film Baran directed by Hawre Bahjat. She also starred in the short film Post-War Stories directed by Sarwar and her latest film is Tired directed by Kurdish filmmaker Ibrahim Saeedi. She is currently a kindergarten teacher in Sulaymaniyah.[1]
