He was born in 1974.
From 1975 to 1991 he was a refugee in Iran.
He attended high school until the sixth grade.
From 1991 until the establishment of the Ministry of Peshmerga, he was an administrative officer.
In 1996, he became a member of the Kirkuk army and was in charge of the organization department, then became head of the intelligence department.
Since 2003, he has been a coordination officer between the PDK and coalition forces.
In 2005, he became the director of security in Kirkuk.
He is married with two children.
He speaks Persian, Arabic, and English.[1]
