He was born in 1956 in Sulaymaniyah.
He has two books of poetry entitled Sarm Pryati La Sebar (My Head is full of Shadows) and Gulkani Zher Rashaba (Flowers Under the Wind).
In 2007, his works were published in one volume by the Ministry of Culture.
Salah Mohammed is one of the founders of the city theater troupe in 1991 and has translated several theatrical texts into Kurdish.
He died on 26-04-2009 in Sulaymaniyah and was buried in Saywan Hill.[1]
