I am the son of the late Qazi Abdulkarim(Judge Abdulkarim), I am from a family of judges. I was born in 1936 AD which corresponds to (1315 of the Solar calendar). I completed my primary and secondary education in #Mahabad# and #Tabriz# . Later I graduated from Tehran University with a bachelor's degree in English language and literature. I became an English teacher in high schools in #Bokan# and Mahabad. I started teaching in 1960 (1338).
In the year of 1964 which corresponds to (1342 of the solar year), I was imprisoned for my political activities in the Democratic Party of Kurdistan for three and a half years. I started translating novels and other articles in prison. My first work in this context was the translation of Deep is the Night by James Welard the American writer, which was published very soon with the help of the late Mohammad Qazi.
He has translated the famous book Don Quixote into Kurdish in a very scientific and proper way which is now available in the free Kurdistan.
He passed away on #07-06-2015#.[1]

(Mouse and Stick) translation of Ubaid Zakani’s poetry work by poem, in 1981
Dragon Seed) translation of Pearl S. Buck’s work into Persian, in 1992
Kalila and Dimna translation of Kalila and Dimna from Persian in 2015
Kurdish Grammar in both Kurdish and Persian which was published by the Urmia Publishing house in 1988[2]
