Born on 15-05-1958 in Sulaymaniyah. He is the son of Hasib Qaradaghi. He is a writer and journalist. He holds a bachelor's degree, a masters degree, and a PhD. In Media and Communication, he is currently a lecturer in the Technical Department of Media at Erbil Polytechnic University. He has 11 years of experience as a television presenter and 40 years of experience in writing and journalism. He has organized more than 70 literary and intellectual conferences and seminars in the Kurdistan Region. He has published several researches and books. During the Ba'ath regime, he was imprisoned and tortured several times for his political positions and cultural meetings. He is married and has a son named Nali, a daughter named Narin and a grandson named Nama Nali.[1]
