Baram Bag Ahmed Bag Rishen .
He is the father of the Kurdish Singer #Paiwand Jaf#.
He was born in 1924 in #Halabja# and was the head of the Walad bag family.
He was from a well known family of Kurdistan and was a nice patriot man, His father Ahmed Bag of Rishen was the representative of Kurds for around 15 years in Iran, Ahmed Bag of Walad Bag of Rishen was the uncle of Abdullah Pasha Baban and is the grandfather of Baram Bag, and is the descendant of Mira Bag of Yar Ahmed Bag of Saifullah Bag of Said Ahmed, that is the family of the Bags of Jaf.

His early life was between Sulaymaniyah and Halabja He began his early studies in Halabja and continued in Sulaymaniyah, he spent most of his life in Sulaymaniyah. He is the grandson of Wasman Pasha and Adila Khan, because his uncle's family were Sulaymaniyah, during the Sheikh Mahmood revolution they had a lot is of ranks and were rich.
He spent most of his time in his uncle's house Izzat Wasman pasha is the brother of Tahir Bag and Ahmed Mukhtar Jaf, who are sons of Wasman pasha and (Adila Khan) a famous Kurdish woman.
In 1966 he married (Akhtar Majid) who is also from a well known family of Sulaymaniyah.
In 1968 he became the head of municipality of Halabja, in Sulaymaniyah he becomes the head of (Tebinaran) in the municipality of Sulaymaniyah, in 1983 he dies in Sulaymaniyah due to an illness.[1]
