Artist Dr. Niaz Latif Hassan
Born: 01-01-1964 Sulaymaniyah.
1- Diploma – Sulaymaniyah Institute of Fine Arts / Department of Theater – Acting
2- Bachelor's Degree - Baghdad College of Fine Arts / Department of Theater - Acting
3- Master (With Excellence) – Salahaddin University / College of Fine Arts / Department of Theater – Directing
4- Currently studying in Egypt/Cairo, he is a doctoral candidate in the field of (direction between theater and cinema).
5- Head of Cinema Department of Kurdistan Artists Union / Sulaymaniyah.
- For 3 years he was the artistic supervisor of school activities in Sulaymaniyah.
- Teacher at the Institute of Fine Arts / Duhok for 4 years.
- Teacher for 3 years at the Institute of Fine Arts / Erbil.
- Teacher at the Institute of Fine Arts / Sulaymaniyah.
- Worked as a journalist in Kurdish channels for 4 years as a presenter, preparer and director.
- For 3 years he was the director of Khani center of TDC in Duhok
- He has worked as a writer and translator in magazines and newspapers.
- Participated in several theater festivals, films and television productions in (Sulaymaniyah, Erbil and Duhok).
- Founder of Sulaymaniyah Ballet and Music School in 2008 with his wife Rubar Ahmad for the first time in the Kurdistan Region. In 2014, the school closed.

- He has written 55 theatrical works as an actress and director.
- He has produced 16 television, film, short films and drama series, both as an actress and as a director.
- So far he has 10 choreographic scripts.
- So far he has (7) conferences and seminars on different fields of theater.
- Translation of the book (Preparing the Actor) by Stanislavsky as a method for institutes and colleges of fine arts.
- Participated in several theatrical meetings in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Duhok.[1]
