Arif Nadri was born in 1977 in Boela village of Bichari Garus city. And he currently resides in Qurva.
He was active in civil and political activities in Qurva, Dewlan, and parts of Bijar.
He began his political activities in early 1991 and began writing for Aviyer and Sirwan in 1996-1997. He later collaborated with a number of other publications. With the help of other activists in Qurva and Dewlan, they organized groups such as; Qurva Youth Council, He has established the Leylakh Dewlan Literary Council, the Independent Students Council of Qurva, the NGO Tanin, and courses teaching Kurdish language, literature, and history. They also published the first publication of Qurva, Lawani Qurva, followed by Fakhta and Gorani Baran. In 2002, he became a member of the municipal council of Qurva as the first vote of the people of the city. He was a member of the council until he left the country in July 2002. He had contacts and cooperation with all Kurdish parties, student movements, women's movements and Kurdistan Human Rights Organizations, and in this way, he had built a bridge between civil activists in the region and some other Kurdish cities. With the help of the secret organization of the Revolutionary Committee of Kurdistan Workers, he escaped from Iran and came to the Kurdistan Region He remained in the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (HDK) until mid-2010. During these years, he has always worked as a journalist and political activist with a human rights background and now he has been living in Norway for a short time as an independent person.
