He was born In 1351 of solar calendar that correlates with 1972 BC in Kani Hayazbeg neighborhood of #Saqiz# city. He completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown of Saqiz city. he moved to #Sanandaj# in 1364. He completed his high school and early university in Sanandaj. In 1996, he became a university student. He received a degree in laboratory sciences from Kurdistan University in 1375 and a bachelor's degree in theoretical economics from Bo'ali Sina University in Hamadan, He is currently a doctoral student in political and economic history in Switzerland and England.
Behzad Khoshhali as an academic writer from Saqiz and Kurdistan in an opinion poll held in 1384 at the largest independent Iranian opinion poll called Pasargard among the 10 outstanding writers of the past 100 years, He was recognized as the youngest writer and gave another medal of pride to his old mother to Saqiz and Kurdistan.
