Jami was born on 05-03-1972 in Hamam Ali Beg neighborhood of Kirkuk, South Kurdistan. He is a writer and theater director. He was awarded the Best Theater Director Award at the Erbil Theater Festival by the Ministry of Culture in 1995. He has directed 23 plays in Erbil, Kirkuk, Ranya, Halabja, Koya and Darbandikhan.
