- In 1993-1994 he was admitted to the College of Law and Politics/Department of Law of Salahaddin University and in 1997-1998 he graduated as one of the tenth with a very good level.
- In 2001, he was admitted to the College of Law of Sulaymaniyah University. On 14-04-2003, he received his master's degree entitled “Civil Responsibility of Journalists” with excellent grades. On 19-05-2003, he was officially awarded his master's degree.
- Before he was admitted to my doctorate in 2006, he was promoted from assistant professor to professor because of the success of his research that was published in academic journals, especially two researches:
1. Legal protection of human rights on its image.
2. The basis and nature of the responsibilities of the editor-in-chief in the newspaper.
- In 2004 he was admitted to study for his doctorate in Sulaymaniyah University and after obtaining first place in the courses on 05-10-2007 his doctoral thesis was discussed with a score of (89) and in 11/2007 he was officially awarded his doctorate in Sulaymaniyah University.
Occupational works:
1- After obtaining a bachelor's degree in law, he worked as a lawyer in the courts of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah for three years.
2- He has worked as a forensic investigator in the courts of investigation in Erbil for two years.
3- In 1993-1996 he worked in the Kurdistan Students Association and for a while he was in charge of the College of Law and Politics and for a while he was in charge of the Relations Department of Salahaddin University Branch of the Association.
4- During his university studies and later as a journalist he worked in several newspapers and magazines such as:
- Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper Hawaz in 1995.
- In 1996, he was in charge of the philosophy and intellectual page of the newspaper Rebazi Xondeni, which was the language of the Kurdistan Students Association.
- In 1998, he was a member of the editorial board of the magazine Tarazoo, which was the language of the Kurdistan Rights Defenders Union.
- He was a member of the editorial board and in charge of both pages of law and different opinions in the newspaper (Al-Ittihad) in 2001, which was published in Arabic, the language of the Kurdistan National Union.
- He has worked on the advisory boards of several legal and political journals.
Before obtaining his master's degree in 2001, he has been teaching in colleges and colleges of Sulaymaniyah University for nearly 10 years.

3. He has participated in several courses of the Norwegian Organization for People's Aid, especially gender, human rights and advocacy.
