- He was born in the year 1963 in Erbil, capital of Kurdistan Region.
- Graduated from Industrial High School in Erbil in the year 1982.
- In the year 1992, he participated in the external examination for the sixth grade of high school literature department.
- In the year 1997, he obtained a bachelor's degree in history from the College of Literature of Salahaddin University.
