It is known as Lala Sarhad. He was born in 1937 in the village of Diskara in Sharazoor. He is the eldest son of Khalifa Yunus. He is the chief of the Roghzai clan of the Jaff tribe. In the late 1980s, he joined the PUK Peshmerga forces and became a brigadier.
He passed away on #25-12-2023# in Sulaimani.[1]
