He is from Shivasal of Sardasht region. He was born into a hardworking family in 1947. Due to the lack of schools in the area, he learned to read and write in Kurdish, Persian and especially Arabic in the jurist's room. He was introduced to the party since childhood and his passion for becoming a Peshmerga and serving the people and the country took root in his mind. In 161 and 1962, he was recruited by the party and became an official member of the party. In the autumn of that year, he formed the Union of Religious Students with a group of teachers and jurist. Before the 1946-1947 revolution, he became a liaison member of the regional organization. He was arrested in early autumn 1967 and imprisoned in various Iranian prisons for more than five years. After his release, he was arrested again and forced to flee to Iraq, where he completed his secondary education. In Baghdad, he became head of the party cell. After the Zagros Committee of the party was formed in 1979, Mr. Mullah Hassan became a member of the Zagros Committee and became the head of the Shino region organization and the political and military head of North Kurdistan. He was stationed in the Zagros Committee in Urmia to carry out his responsibilities. After a while, with the help of the late martyr Dr. Qasemloo, they were able to form the Urmia Committee. After the victory of the Iranian People's Revolution and while the newly elected authorities in Tehran wanted to impose war on the Kurdish people, Mr. Mullah Hassan Shivasali was appointed as the military commander of Sardasht. In 1979, he became a member of the Central Committee and then the Political Bureau of the Fourth Party Congress. He later resigned from the Political Bureau for various reasons. In the 5th Congress, he accepted the responsibility of the Great Force of Martyr Mo'ini and became a deputy member of the Central Committee. Initially, he was in charge of the political and military forces in North Kurdistan. He was in charge of the Sardasht Front in Piranshahr during the three-month war. On 12-07-1987, the Islamic Republic of Iran sent a bombed book called “Spiddandan” (Charmo Teeth) to Mr. Mullah Hassan Shivasali, which unfortunately exploded in his hands, completely losing both hands and eyes and 75% and 25% of his hearing abilities. Despite his physical courage and even his mental suffering, he continued his struggle and was elected as a member of the Central Committee at the 8th and 9th Congresses of the party. In 1995, he was forced to flee abroad. He started his studies abroad due to physical pain. After receiving his diploma, he was admitted to university. After completing four terms of higher education, he was forced to drop out of university due to physical discomfort. He is now aware of the situation of our nation's struggle and has been re-elected as an honorary member of the Central Committee of the KDP at the 13th and 14th Congresses of the party.[1]
