She is from the city of Bana, East Kurdistan.
She became involved in political struggle by participating in the demonstrations of the Iranian people against the Shah's government.
She first began his political activities with the “societies” of the Kurdistan cities of that time.
During the invasion of Kurdistan by the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, she served as the backbone of the front.
After the occupation of Kurdistan cities by the Iranian government and the beginning of the repression of political activists, she was forced to leave the city for a while. And later she was forced to leave Bana in 1981 and joined Komala.
She came to Sweden in 1992 and settled there. During her life abroad, she continued his political struggle within Komala and the Communist Party of Iran.
Some time ago, Galawezh and 50 other comrades were expelled by the leadership of the Communist Party of Iran and Komala on the pretext of forming a struggle faction in the name of Komala.
During these years of her life abroad, Galawezh has been active in political and women's movements and continues her activities after her leave from the Communist Party.
She has worked for 9 years with Radio Voice of Women in the Kurdish language in Stockholm and for 2 years with Komala TV as the director of various programs.
She also wrote her opinions on political and social events, especially in the field of women, and participated in various conferences on the women's movement.
For the past four years, she has been active with women's campaigns in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Sweden.[1]
