Budaq Sultan he is son of Sherkhan Sheikh Haidar, He is one the most famous rulers of Mukriyan, Budaq Sultan built #Sablakh#(#Mahabad#) and made it his capital, in that city he has built the Sablakh bridge, a mosque and a crucial water project for the city.
Budaq Sultan respected scientists and intellectuals a lot, he ordered to build a big library in the mosque of the city, he supplied the expenditure of the mosque and the mullahs that were there through the taxes that were collected from some villages.
Budaq Sultan loved peace and justice he was a man of god and loved to help poor people. In order to make the area a better place he had built a very good relationship with the Safavids, the name of Budaq is such a loved name that in Mukriyan many named themselves Budaq after his name.
