He is a peshmarga and a commander and member of the Commanding Committee of PUK. He was born in #Erbil# in 1962 he finished primary, secondary and the High school (Industrial) in Erbil.
When he was 17 in 1979 he joined Komalai Ranjdarani Kurdistan and in 1981 in Khoshnawati he became a peshmarga.
In 1982 when he was 20 he was part of the Supporting force to strengthen the defense of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran against the Iranian regime at the same time in sector (3) of divsion(83) of Hawre he became a squad commander.
in 1983 he was transfered to division(85) and becomes second in command of a sector, at that time him and three of his brothers were peshmarga (Nahro, Martyr Sardar, Sartip), for the same reason the Baath regime’s security forces imprisoned his mother, mother in law, 3 other of his brothers and his sister, eventually his father and two of his other brothers had to leave the city and move to the areas that were under the control of the peshmarga forces and in 1984 the imprisoned ones were released and they moved to Smaqooli.
Because of his abilities he soon became a commander of a sector in Baranaty and has participated in many heroic fights like the fights in Hiran, Degala, Taqtaq and the 12 days of fight in 1987, and the operation of taking Sari Rash and the fight to defend the commanding center in 1988.
And many other fights in Erbil plains, Kandinawa, Karaj, Baranaty and Erbil city center.
After the Anfal process in between august of 1988 and October of 1989 for 14 months he was at the center of the enemy as a partisan.
In 1990 he joins the peshmarga forces again and becomes the commander of division 93 of Koya, before the Kurdish uprising in 1991 he will become a partisan in the Erbil plains, and after the uprising of 1991 he fought against the Iraqi force that was heading toward Erbil from #Mosul# in Khabat, and he got injured in the fight. After a while he becomes a commander of battalion and after a while he becomes the commander of force number 10 of Erbil plains, in 1993 after joining of the peshmarga forces and production of Kurdistan joined forces he becomes the commander of Corps number 40 in Akre in 1995 he becomes the commander of the Special Corps, in 1996 he fought against the Iraqi Army in Erbil, he has fought in all the important fights that were fought against PUK including the civil war.
In 2001 in the second congress of PUK he was elected as a member of the Commanding Committee, later he becomes the general commander of the peshmarga forces, in the civil wars in Chwarta he was wounded again, in 2003 in the fight against the Islamists in Halabja he participated in Byara.
From 2005-2010 he was the minister of Transportation in the Kurdistan Government, he was always one of the reformists in PUK in 2018 before the elections of #30-08-2018# he becomes the director of Koya headquarter number 14 of PUK and he was able to get back the supporters of PUK and make PUK the Party number one in Koya.[1]
